Ingredients


  • quinoa
  • fried tofu (glazed if desired)
  • roasted squash & broccoli
  • tomato, avocado, cilantro
  • cheezy garlic sauce

Instructions


  1. cook quinoa (2 c. water to 1 c. quinoa)
  2. roast squash & broccoli
  3. blend sauce
  4. cook tofu
  5. add quinoa, squash & broccoli, tofu, salad (tomato, cilantro, avocado), & sauce on top
