- 2-4 Tbs. soy sauce (to give saltiness)
- 1 Tbs. curry paste
- 2-3 Tbs. agave
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1” (1-2 Tbs. Minced) ginger
- chopped chili pepper (or cayanne)
- 1 cup fresh herbs (basil or cilantro)
- pinch coriander
- black pepper
- orange juice or water to give desired consistency
