Ingredients
- BEANBALLS:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs tomato paste
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- ½ c bread crumbs
- ¼ c wheat gluten
- ½ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp thyme
- 2 cans tomatoes, garlic, spaghetti, veggies for roasting
Instructions
- VEGGIES:
- Slice peppers, mushrooms
- Put veggies & tomatoes on baking sheet, cover with oil, S&P.
- Roast for 30 min or so BEANBALLS:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mash beans
- Add all ingredients, blend together with hands
- Roll into balls
- Grease pan, drizzle balls with olive oil
- Back 15 min, flip, bake 10 min SAUCE:
- Fry garlic in lots of olive oil
- Add 2 cans tomatoes
- Cook 20 minutes or so
- Add spices SPAGHETTI:
- Cook spaghetti when sauce is halfway cooked
