Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tsp. Butter
  • fresh rosemary or oregano

Instructions

  1. Peel off outer skin layer leaving head intact.
  2. 2Double wrap with foil. Top with 1 tsp. butter and fresh herbs.
  3. 3Fold up, seal, bake 60 min. at 375.
  4. Squeeze cloves out, discard skins.
