- 1 head garlic
- 1 tsp. Butter
- fresh rosemary or oregano
Instructions
- Peel off outer skin layer leaving head intact.
- 2Double wrap with foil. Top with 1 tsp. butter and fresh herbs.
- 3Fold up, seal, bake 60 min. at 375.
- Squeeze cloves out, discard skins.
