Ingredients
- 2 c. cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- 1 block tofu (silken)
- 2 Tbs. Miso
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- ½ bundle Parsley
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- Pinch cayenne
- ½ tsp. Salt and pepper
- 1-2 bags spinach, frozen, melted and squeezed
Instructions
- Blend everything except spinach.
- Add prepped spinach and blend.
- *Use for Pizza, Lasagna, manicotti, etc.
