Rinotta

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • 1 block tofu (silken)
  • 2 Tbs. Miso
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • ½ bundle Parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Pinch cayenne
  • ½ tsp. Salt and pepper
  • 1-2 bags spinach, frozen, melted and squeezed

Instructions

  1. Blend everything except spinach.
  2. Add prepped spinach and blend.

  3. *Use for Pizza, Lasagna, manicotti, etc.
