Ingredients
- 1 ½ c. rice
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 can tomato
- 1 med. Onion
- 3 c. water
- 4 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- red pepper, salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil. Cook onion a bit. Add rice, cook 5 min. add remaining ingredients.
- Cook 5 min. and transfer to baking dish. Cook 30 min. at 350. voila!
