Pumpkin Gnocchi with Sage Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • 2 Tbs. Fresh Sage
  • ½ c. white wine
  • 1 ¼ c. whipping cream
  • 4 Tbs. Cold butter, divided
  • ¾ c. Parmesan
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 Tbs. Butter. Add sage and saute til fragrant. Add wine and reduce by half.
  2. Add 1 c. cream & heat til boiling. Mount sauce with cold butter, adding 1 tbs. at a time.
  3. Add gnocchi, cream, parmesan, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Voila!
