Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Fresh Sage
- ½ c. white wine
- 1 ¼ c. whipping cream
- 4 Tbs. Cold butter, divided
- ¾ c. Parmesan
- Pinch Nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt 1 Tbs. Butter. Add sage and saute til fragrant. Add wine and reduce by half.
- Add 1 c. cream & heat til boiling. Mount sauce with cold butter, adding 1 tbs. at a time.
- Add gnocchi, cream, parmesan, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Voila!
