Ingredients
- 5 quarts popped corn
- 2 c sugar
- 1 2 c water (???) 12 c water? not sure...
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Keep popcorn in oven at 300
- Cook sugar, water, salt & corn syrup to very hard ball stage (256°)
- Add vinegar & vanilla
- Cook to crack (270°)
- Pour slowly over popcorn
- Mix well to coat every kernel
- Press into balls
