Pizza – a bit bready (China)

Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ c. flour
  • 1 pck. Yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
  • 1 ½ c. water
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbs. oil

Instructions

  1. dissolve yeast in warm sugar water. Activate.
  2. Add oil & salt. Gradually add flour.
  3. Knead 8-10 min.
  4. let dough rise 45 min. (optional)
  5. assemble. Freeze or cook.
