Ingredients
- 1 pie crust - unbaked
- ½ c butter
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 2 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1-1½ c pecans
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp flour
Instructions
- Cream butter + sugar
- Add eggs, water, flour, vinegar and mix well
- Add chopped nuts
- Pour into pie crust shell
- Put foil around edge of crust to prevent burning
- Bake for 45 min at 350
