Pecan “All Good” Custard Pie from Debby

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust - unbaked
  • ½ c butter
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 2 c sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1-1½ c pecans
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter + sugar
  2. Add eggs, water, flour, vinegar and mix well
  3. Add chopped nuts
  4. Pour into pie crust shell
  5. Put foil around edge of crust to prevent burning
  6. Bake for 45 min at 350
