Ingredients
- Garlic
- Vegetables (broccoli, carrot, peppers, onion)
- Peanut Butter
- Stir fry sauce (House of Tsang Spicy Sichuan)
- Soy Sauce (Braggs)
- Coconut Milk
- Hot Sauce if desired
Instructions
- Brown chopped garlic in oil. Cook veggies until about done. Add a good dollop of everything else and cook a few minutes more. Voila!
