Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Green Onions
  • Eggs
  • Lemon
  • Peanuts
  • Soy Sauce
  • White Vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • MSG

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles and bean sprouts in cold water in separate containers for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat oil over high heat. Add egg and cook. Add noodles.
  3. Add vinegar and braggs in approx. 1:1 ratio. Add sugar.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients (black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, msg) to taste.
  5. Add lemon, peanuts, bean sprouts and green onions. Serve.
