Ingredients
- Rice Noodles
- Bean Sprouts
- Green Onions
- Eggs
- Lemon
- Peanuts
- Soy Sauce
- White Vinegar
- Sugar
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Crushed Red Pepper MSG
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles and bean sprouts in cold water in separate containers for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil over high heat. Add egg and cook. Add noodles.
- Add vinegar and braggs in approx. 1:1 ratio. Add sugar.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (black pepper, salt, crushed red pepper, msg) to taste.
- Add lemon, peanuts, bean sprouts and green onions. Serve.
