Ousmane’s Couscous Dessert

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. (2 large tubs) sour cream
  • 4 individual yogurts
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3-4 c. milk
  • ½ – 1 c. sugar (to taste)
  • 2 boxes couscous

Instructions

  1. Combine Sour Cream, yogurt, evaporated milk. Add sugar.
  2. In another bowl, add couscous an 1-3 Tbs. water to moisten. Microwave 4 minutes and stir until somewhat cooled.
  3. Mix couscous into other bowl. Refrigerate.
