Naan

Ingredients

  • 1 pck. yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
  • 1 c. warm water
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 ½ c. flour
  • 2 tsp. Garlic
  • ¼ c. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast in water with a little sugar.
  2. Add rest of ingredients, except garlic.
  3. knead.
  4. Let rise 1 hr. punch down, add garlic, and make golf balls. Rise 30 min.
  5. Oil grill and heat. Roll out dough.
  6. Cook 2-3 min. brush with butter and keep flipping til done.
