Ingredients
- 1 pck. yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
- 1 c. warm water
- ¼ c. sugar
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 4 ½ c. flour
- 2 tsp. Garlic
- ¼ c. butter, melted
Instructions
- Activate yeast in water with a little sugar.
- Add rest of ingredients, except garlic.
- knead.
- Let rise 1 hr. punch down, add garlic, and make golf balls. Rise 30 min.
- Oil grill and heat. Roll out dough.
- Cook 2-3 min. brush with butter and keep flipping til done.
