Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 c finely chopped pecans
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 c butter (softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°
- Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar
- Beat at low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until well mixed
- Shape dough into 1" balls
- Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 18-25 min or until very lightly browned
- Cool 5 min
- Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and then again when cool
