Honeymoon Cookies

18-25 min at 325°

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c finely chopped pecans
  • ¼ c sugar
  • 1 c butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°
  2. Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar
  3. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until well mixed
  4. Shape dough into 1" balls
  5. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet
  6. Bake 18-25 min or until very lightly browned
  7. Cool 5 min
  8. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm and then again when cool
