Green Jello from Grandma Oof

Ingredients

  • 2 pints whipping cream
  • 2 6oz pkgs lime Jello
  • 4 dozen marshmallows
  • 8 c water w/ pineapple syrup
  • 2 cans large crushed pineapple
  • 1 c walnuts (if desired)

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. add water to juice to make 8 c.
  2. Boil Jello and marshmallows in water with pineapple juice for 3 min Pour into bowl and let cool in fridge until it starts to set. DO NOT use glass bowl!
  3. Add 1 pint WHIPPED whipping cream and mix well
  4. Add crushed pineapple and nuts
  5. Refrigerate overnight
