Ingredients
- 2 pints whipping cream
- 2 6oz pkgs lime Jello
- 4 dozen marshmallows
- 8 c water w/ pineapple syrup
- 2 cans large crushed pineapple
- 1 c walnuts (if desired)
Instructions
- Drain pineapple and reserve juice. add water to juice to make 8 c.
- Boil Jello and marshmallows in water with pineapple juice for 3 min Pour into bowl and let cool in fridge until it starts to set. DO NOT use glass bowl!
- Add 1 pint WHIPPED whipping cream and mix well
- Add crushed pineapple and nuts
- Refrigerate overnight
