Fried Rice from Samantha

Ingredients

  • Garlic & oil
  • Vegetables (peppers, onions, carrots, spring onions, broccoli,
  • Rice
  • Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Bouillon, soy sauce, salt & pepper
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Brown garlic in oil. Cook veggies til half cooked. Add rice. Add seasonings.
  2. Cook eggs in separate dish while rice is frying. Add to rice and serve.
