Ingredients
- Frozen bread dough (defrosted overnight in fridge) CINNAMON MIXTURE:
- ½ c almost melted butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- Nuts (optional) FROSTING:
- 6 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- ⅔ c butter (room temp)
- 2 c powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Roll out dough and let rise about 1 hr
- Punch down dough, roll again
- Mix then spread cinnamon mixture on top, add nuts if desired
- Cut into pieces (about 12 total)
- Let rise in 9x13 glass pan covered in saran wrap & PAM everything (pan + wrap)
- Let rise with a heating pad on top about 1-2 hours til doubled in size
- Next warm 1 c - (not hot) heavy cream
- Pour over rolls and let sit at least 10 min
- Bake at 375° for 20-20 minutes FROSTING:
- Whip together all frosting ingredients
- Pour frosting over "fairly" hot rolls
