- ginger tumeric rice
- steamed sweet potato
- black beans/corn
- red cabbage for crunch
- sautéed poblanos/ onions/ mushrooms in a bit of bragg liquid aminos
Instructions
- chop sweet potato
- cook rice, steam sweet potato
- chop onions, peppers, mushrooms, sautee in Bragg's
- open cans of corn/black beans, wash beans
- chop cabbage
- combine bowl and top with heated chipotle taco cheeze sauce
