Caramel Rolls

Ingredients

  • butter
  • brown sugar
  • corn syrup
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • nuts


  • White Bread:
  • 2 Tbs. yeast
  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 2 ¼ c. warm water
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 5 c. flour

Instructions

  1. melt brown sugar and butter together. Add 2 Tbs. corn syrup and pour into baking dish with nuts.
  2. Roll dough into rectangle. Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut to make caramel rolls. Place into baking dish with caramel.
  3. Bake 25-30 min. at 350. remove from oven and immediately flip over. Voila!


  4. White Bread:
  5. activate yeast in warm water with a little sugar. Add salt, flour. Cut in butter.
  6. Knead 8 min. let rise to double. Punch down. Form. Let rise again.
  7. Bake 25-30 min. at 350. voila!
