Ingredients
- butter
- brown sugar
- corn syrup
- sugar
- cinnamon
- nuts
- White Bread:
- 2 Tbs. yeast
- 1 Tbs. salt
- ¼ c. sugar
- 2 ¼ c. warm water
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 5 c. flour
Instructions
- melt brown sugar and butter together. Add 2 Tbs. corn syrup and pour into baking dish with nuts.
- Roll dough into rectangle. Spread butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut to make caramel rolls. Place into baking dish with caramel.
- Bake 25-30 min. at 350. remove from oven and immediately flip over. Voila!
- White Bread:
- activate yeast in warm water with a little sugar. Add salt, flour. Cut in butter.
- Knead 8 min. let rise to double. Punch down. Form. Let rise again.
- Bake 25-30 min. at 350. voila!
