Bread Pudding from Mom

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • ½ c packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ c chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Arrange frozen rolls (do not thaw) in a bundt pan that's been buttered well or sprayed with PAM
  2. Sprinkle rolls with dry pudding mix and nuts (if using)
  3. In a bowl mix together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pour over rolls
  4. Cover tightly with foil that's been sprayed with PAM
  5. Let rise overnight
  6. Preheat oven to 350°
  7. Uncover and place in oven with cookie sheet underneath to catch any topping that may bubble over
  8. Bake 20-35 min or until golden (more like 22 min)
  9. Remove from oven and let rest 5 min
  10. Carefully invert onto serving platter
  11. Serve warm, no cutting, just pull apart and enjoy
