Ingredients
- Bok choy (whole)
- Daikon (halved, sliced)
- Bean sprouts
- Mushrooms (cut into small pieces)
- Tofu (cubed)
- Bouillon
- Miso
- Chili oil
Instructions
- Boil maybe 12 cups water
- Add like 3 spoonfuls each stock base (bouillon, miso, chili oil)
- Add mushrooms, daikon. cook awhile
- Add bok choy, cook until almost done. i like to keep them whole
- Add tofu, cook a few minutes or not at all
- Add bean sprouts
