Ingredients
- ½ c cooked wild rice
- 1 boiled egg (whites only)
- ½ c fresh tofu (cubed)
- 2 tbs shredded sauteed broccoli
- ½ c shredded sauteed carrots
- ½ c sauteed ah choy
- ¼ c vegan kimchi
- ¼ c sauteed bean sprouts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 2 tbs gochujang
Instructions
- Cook rice
- Chop tofu
- Shred and sauté broccoli, carrots with garlic, S&P
- Destem and sauté ah choy and bean sprouts with garlic, S&P
- Sauté tofu if desired
- Add rice, egg, tofu, veggies, kimchi to bowl. top with sesame seeds and gochujang
