Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- dash vanilla
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- dash cinnamon
- apple
- maple syrup / honey
- almond butter
Instructions
- boil milk, add rest of ingredients
- stir over med until cooked, about 5 mintues
- add apples, syrup. heat. top with almond butter
