Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- Salt to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- ¼ c parmesan
- ¼ c Romano
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbs Parmesan
Instructions
- Melt butter
- Add cream
- Add salt, nutmeg & ¼ c parmesan & ¼ c romano
- Stir until melted
- Add egg yolk
- Simmer over low/med heat 3-5 min
- Add 2 Tbs parmesan
