Chipotle Taco Buddha Bowl

Ingredients

  • Iceberg
  • Ginger tumeric rice
  • Steamed sweet potato
  • Black beans/corn
  • Red cabbage for crunch
  • Sautéed poblanos/ onions/ mushrooms in a bit of bragg liquid aminos

Instructions

  1. Chop sweet potato
  2. Cook rice, steam sweet potato
  3. Chop onions, peppers, mushrooms, sautee in Bragg's
  4. Open cans of corn/black beans, wash beans
  5. Chop cabbage
  6. Combine bowl and top with heated chipotle taco cheeze sauce
