Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, mashed (or blended)
- ½ c panko or breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
- 1 onion, chopped
- Shredded veggies, steamed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- S&P to taste ---SRIRACHA YOGURT DIP:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Few squirts sriracha
- Could try lime juice, S&P
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400
- Mix all ingredients together
- Shape into nuggets with hands
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake 15 min, flip, bake another 15 min
- Airbake at the end for awhile to make crispy ---DIP:
