Ingredients
- 18 frozen dinner rolls
- 1 box (3.4 oz) cook & serve butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- ½ c packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ c chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange frozen rolls (do not thaw) in a bundt pan that's been buttered well or sprayed with PAM
- Sprinkle rolls with dry pudding mix and nuts (if using)
- In a bowl mix together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pour over rolls
- Cover tightly with foil that's been sprayed with PAM
- Let rise overnight
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Uncover and place in oven with cookie sheet underneath to catch any topping that may bubble over
- Bake 20-35 min or until golden (more like 22 min)
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 min
- Carefully invert onto serving platter
- Serve warm, no cutting, just pull apart and enjoy
