Pineapple Upsidedown Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 small jiffy yellow cake mix
  • ½ c walnuts
  • ½ c margarine
  • ½ c brown sugar

Instructions

  1. mix jiffy cake mix as directed, but use pineapple juice instead of water
  2. in large frying pan, melt margarine
  3. add brown sugar, bring to slight boil
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Add pineapple slices & nuts
  6. Pour cake mix over top, cover
  7. Cook 9-12 min
