Ingredients
- 15oz frosted flakes (crushed)
- 1 c butter (melted)
- 1 c coconut
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ gallon ice cream (boxed works best)
- Honey for topping
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Mix together flakes, butter, coconut, cinnamon
- Put ½ mixture in 9x13 pan
- Slice ice cream
- Cover with rest of mixture
- Freeze overnight
- Add honey & whipped cream when serving if desired
