Ingredients
- ½ cup raw tahini
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1 clove garlic (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup water, or more for desired consistency
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more water to thin, if desired. (It will thicken up when it’s chilled!)
- Serve generously over your favorite veggies, or as a delicious dip.
