Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°rees F.
- Add all ingredients to a large tupperware container, seal lid, and toss to coat potatoes evenly.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes or so. SERVES 4, PREP TIME: 40 MIN
