Instructions
- Cook quinoa (2 c. water to 1 c. quinoa)
- Roast squash & broccoli
- Blend sauce
- Cook tofu
- Add quinoa, squash & broccoli, tofu, salad (tomato, cilantro, avocado), & sauce on top
