Ingredients
- Rice
- Veggies (onion, carrot, celery, broccoli..)
- Pineapple
- Toasted Cashews
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Splash of soy
- Scant spoonful of bouillon
Instructions
- chop carrots, celery, broccoli
- cook rice and steam veggies
- chop onion, fry until translucent. add pineapple, fry.
- Add rice and seasoning. fry rice a few minutes.
- Toast cashews in pan, add to rice.
