Ingredients
- 4 c. spinach
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1-2 avocados
- 4 c. frozen tropical fruit - mango, pineapple etc
- ½ c. flax & chia seeds, milled
- 3 spoonfuls honey
- ½ c. yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Spinach & OJ
- Add remaining ingredients, blend.
Notes:
YIELD: 45 oz / 5.5 cups
unmilled raw seeds get double yield raw, so 1/2 c. seeds = little less than 1 c. milled
